10:00am Site Opens for everyone. Horse Park opens for riding.
11:00am Main opens for general riding and warm up.
12:00am Practice and authorizations begin in Arenas.
4:00pm All practice and authorizations end for the day but general riding can continue until sundown.
Saturday
Sunrise riding in the horse park is open.
9:00 All arenas open for warm up.
10:00am All Riding competitions begin.
10:00am Armor Inspection for Shire Defender/Heavy Foot Champion Tourney.
10:30am Junior Archery Tourney
11:00am Armored foot combat begins.
12:00pm Persona Challenge begins.
1:15pm Smalls' Archery Tourney
1:30pm Heavy Combat moves to the War Practice area.
1:30pm Armor Inspection for Rapier.
2:00pm Rapier Tourney
3:00pm Adult Archery Tourney
5:00pm All competitions close.
6:00pm Court and announcement of competition results.
7:00pm or when court ends, Pot Luck Feast.
Sunday
Sunrise riding in the horse park is open.
9:00am All arenas open for warm up.
10:00am Crest combat, mounted combat, Jousting, etc. begin in.
10:00am Summits Muster (War Practice)
3:00pm All arenas close.
4:00pm Pack-Up begins.
6:00pm Site Closes except for those who are staying Sunday night to get a early start Monday.
